Every Tempus Arc piece is made to order for you. This keeps each Arc limited, reduces waste, and means your piece is produced specifically for your order — never mass-warehoused.

Processing: 1–3 business days (your order is prepared and quality-checked).

Delivery: 5–9 business days to the US, UK, EU, Canada and Australia, fully tracked.

Shipping rates: Standard $6.90 · Express $8.90 · Free on orders over $110 USD.

Tracking: A tracking link is emailed the moment your order ships, so you can follow it the whole way.

Customs & duties: International orders may incur import fees set by your country; these are the customer's responsibility and outside our control.

Delays: Carrier or customs delays are rare but possible. If anything goes wrong, email hello@tempusarc.com and a real person will track it and resolve it with you — guaranteed.
