Returns — 30 days from delivery. Items unworn, unwashed, tags on. Email contact@tempusarc.com with your order number.

Refunds — Original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return. Original shipping non-refundable.

Exchanges — Wrong size? Email within 30 days.

Closed Arcs — Size exchange only, while stock lasts.

Damaged/wrong item — Email within 7 days with a photo. Covered 100%.
