Returns & Refunds

Every Tempus Arc piece is made to order, so please use our size guide before buying. Because items are produced individually for you, this policy is fair on faults and firm on change-of-mind.

1. Change of mind (size / style)
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in original packaging. Approved change-of-mind returns are refunded as store credit or a free exchange; the customer covers return shipping and original shipping is non-refundable. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be processed.

2. Damaged, defective or wrong item
Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we cover it 100% — a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method, with return shipping on us.

3. Final sale
Items marked Clearance / Final Sale, gift cards, and any worn or washed items are not eligible for return.

4. Order changes & cancellations
Because pieces enter production quickly, changes or cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of placing your order.

5. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
